By accessing or using Clean Nation's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Clean Nation is a platform that connects clients seeking cleaning services with independent cleaning professionals. We do not employ cleaners directly; we facilitate connections between clients and independent service providers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking and Payments

When you book a cleaning through Clean Nation, you agree to pay a non-refundable booking fee of $20. This fee is separate from the cleaning service cost, which you pay directly to the cleaner.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for a booking fee refund.

5. Independent Contractors

Cleaning professionals on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of Clean Nation. We verify their insurance and conduct background checks, but we do not control how they perform their services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clean Nation is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during or as a result of cleaning services. All cleaners are required to carry their own liability insurance.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between clients and cleaners should first be addressed directly between the parties. Clean Nation may assist in mediation but is not responsible for resolving disputes.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
