Absolutely — and we make it one tap. Hit "Book again" on a completed booking (or on the cleaner's profile) and the new job is reserved exclusively for that cleaner for 24 hours. If they can't take it in that window, it opens to other vetted pros in your area so you're never left waiting.

Do you clean offices?

Yes. When you book, pick "Office & commercial" on the first step and tell us the square footage — that's the size signal your cleaner works from. Commercial jobs vary too much for a flat estimate, so your cleaner confirms the exact scope and their price with you directly; our flat booking fee stays the same.

I have multiple properties — how does that work?

Every address you book is saved to your account automatically — no forms to fill in. On your next booking, pick any saved place from one tap on the address step. You can label each property ("Home", "Airbnb — Ocean Dr") and see its own cleaning history, including when it was last cleaned and by whom, from My Places on your profile.

Can I edit or delete my review?

Yes, any time, from the booking it belongs to. Edit the stars or the text, or delete the review entirely — the cleaner's overall rating adjusts automatically either way. Cleaners may post one public response under your review, but they can never edit or remove what you wrote.

What happens after I book?

We match your booking with a vetted cleaner in your area, usually within hours. The cleaner accepts the job, your date and time are confirmed, and you're notified by email and in your dashboard at every step: assigned, confirmed, started, and completed.

How far in advance do I need to book?

At least 24 hours before your chosen time slot, so your cleaner can plan the visit. In areas where we're still matching our first cleaners, bookings need 48 hours' notice — and if we can't confirm a cleaner for you, your booking fee is refunded in full.

What's the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. More than 24 hours before your cleaning: full booking-fee refund. Less than 24 hours: the fee isn't refundable — unless the failure is ours. If we can't match you with a cleaner, or your cleaner cancels or doesn't show up, you always get a full refund.

Yes, instantly, yourself — Settings → Delete account. No emails, no phone calls, no retention tricks. Your profile and sign-in are removed immediately and your personal details on past bookings are anonymized. Easy to join, easy to leave.

Apply through our website. You'll need to provide business information, proof of insurance, and complete our verification process. Once approved, you'll start receiving booking requests.

Yes. Every review on your profile can carry one public response from you — your professional voice under the client's words. Keep it gracious and factual; you can edit your response later, but there's no back-and-forth thread. A thoughtful response to a critical review often wins more clients than the review costs.

What are home bases?

Home bases are the locations your crews start from — add up to 6 on your Coverage & Services page. They power the distance and drive-time estimates you see on every open job, measured from your nearest base. Bases are logistics only: they never change which jobs match you (that's your covered states, ZIPs, and services).

Can my team share one company account?

Accepted Answer

Better — everyone gets their own login on one company account. Owners invite teammates by email from the Team page; a teammate signs in with that email and they're on the team automatically. Crew members claim and work the company's jobs, get directions, chat with support, and read reviews; owners additionally manage coverage, the public profile, pricing, and the team itself. The company keeps one profile and one insurance policy — your company COI covers the crew working under it. Owners can even show the crew on the public profile (first names and photos only). Nobody ever needs to share a password.

How do I join a company that's already on Clean Nation?

Two ways. On the apply page, choose "Join an existing company", search for your company, and send a join request — the owner approves it from their dashboard. Or simpler still: ask your owner to invite your email from their Team page, and your account links the moment you sign in with it.

How do job offers work?

Accepted Answer

When a booking matches your service area, we assign it to you and you get an email plus a dashboard notification. Accept and the job is confirmed with the client's requested date and time; decline and it simply goes back to the queue — no penalty. Try to respond within a few hours: if a job is urgent and we can't reach you, we may need to reassign it to keep the client's appointment.
